Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Prestige Abayas is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Prestige Abayas is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once an order has been shipped, Prestige Abayas is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or customs-related delays.
  • However, we will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the courier service.

Delivery Refusal & Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unpaid customs charges, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

Abaya Returns

We accept returns on eligible abayas within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, odours, or damage


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Perfumes and fragrance oils

  • Room fragrances

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Return Approval

  • Customers must contact us before returning any item

  • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted

  • Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Prestige Abayas cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels


Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges

  • If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order once your approved return has been processed


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider first

  • If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance


Fragrance returns

Due to the nature of our fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, all perfume oils and fragrances are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we will be happy to assist you. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions before purchasing, as scent preferences are subjective and cannot be accepted as grounds for return or exchange.
